This window is suitable for residential and light commercial applications. The window system is designed to mimic the look of a "shop built" window, but, obviously, avoids rotting sash and rotting sill issues associated with wood windows. Sash has wide rails and narrow styles to further enhance the "wood look". If your putting jamb extensions on your vinyl single hung and trimming your window system with casing, then you really need to consider this window. This is a high performance Single Hung window that looks like wood from the curb, has a true 180 brickmould, a 14 degree slope sill--like a traditional stile wood window. This window is will pass Design pressure ratings of DP40 if ordered with single strength glass and will pass a DP50 load (3'0 x 6'0 or less) if ordered with double strength glass (DSB/2CL). The DP50 configuration will withstand a wind load of 171 MPH without the window breaking. A DP50 window also has to pass a water test with wind blowing onto the window at 54 MPH. Our Series 5610 passes this stringent test, so in other words, the window will not leak with rain blowing against the window at 54 MPH. Our Series 5610 comes with a factory integral mull on multiple windows, which creates a continuous head and sill--which further eliminates leaks in the field. If you can find a 4 9/16 jamb vinyl window that looks aesthetically pleasing and performs better than our window, then, by all means--buy it!

5640 Series Vinyl Single Hung window (5610 with integral transom on top)

This is a 5610 Series single hung with an integral transom. The jamb is a continuous one-piece design. Unlike other window manufactures in which a transom is mounted on top of a single hung with an "H-mull". This gives the window a more traditional look and also greatly improves leak issues that could be possible by a typical two-piece design. If ordering a 5640, all other items with the order should be ordered as 5610's, such as Picture windows and stand along single hungs (i.e., no transoms on top).

6010 Series Mid-level Vinyl Single Hung window (3/4 OA glass)

This window is suitable residential application and is fully tested and vetted for the multi-family segment of the market. Available in bronze or earthtone exterior paint (as well as custom colors) and white/tan/earthtone interior, this window now meets meets the color demands of Architects and builders. The window has wet glaze "drop-in sash" design. The window has 3/4 OA insulated glass. Similar to our 5010 series, this window is positioned for the cost conscious. This window has been tested to a design pressure of 30 (DP30) and will withstand a wind load of 131 MPH without the window breaking. {A DP50 upgrade is available--see the 6060SH in the WindStrong Section} The 6010 series will pass a DP50 water test. So in other words, the 6010 Series window will not leak with rain blowing against the window at 54 MPH. Our Series 6010 comes with a factory integral mull on multiple windows, which creates a continuous head and sill--which further eliminates leaks in the field. If your in the market for a Single Hung window that has a 180 brickmould, a 5 degree slope sill--then the 6010 window is the window for you. If you can find a cost conscious vinyl window with the curb appeal of the 6010 Series, and performs better than our window, then, by all means--buy it!

6040 Series Vinyl Single Hung window (6010 w/ integral transom on top)

7010 Series Entry level Vinyl Double Hung Window

This window is suitable residential application If your in the market for a Double Hung window that has a true 180 brickmould, a 5 degree slope sill--then the 7010 window is the window for you. This window is a positioned for the mid-market, for those that are looking for a lower cost alternative to our 8010 and 8017 double hungs, but still has the features of double hung window. This window has been tested to a design pressure of 30 (DP30). This means that the window can withstand a wind load of 131 MPH without the window breaking. A DP30 window also has to pass a water test with wind blowing onto the window at 42 MPH. So in other words, the 7010 Series double hung window will not leak with rain blowing against the window at 42 MPH. Our Series 7010 comes with a factory integral mull on multiple windows, which creates a continuous head and sill--which further eliminates leaks in the field. The Sash has wide rails (like a clad window) and narrow stiles. If you can find a mid-market vinyl window with the curb appeal of the 7010 Series and performs better than our window, then, by all means--buy it!

8017 Series Premium Vinyl Double Hung window w/ clad-wood look

This window is suitable residential application If your in the market for a Double Hung window that looks like a traditional clad window from the curb, has a contemporary clad-look, a 14 degree slope sill--like a traditional clad window--then the 8017 window is the window for you. This window has been tested to a design pressure of 30 (DP30). This means that the window can withstand a wind load of 131 MPH without the window breaking. A DP30 window also has to pass a water test with wind blowing onto the window at 42 MPH. So in other words, the 8017 Series double hung window will not leak with rain blowing against the window at 42 MPH. Our Series 8017 comes with a factory integral mull on multiple windows, which creates a continuous head and sill--which further eliminates leaks in the field. 4710 Series Vinyl Casement Windows

Sash is designed in a Canadian style where the climate is very cold. Window system has the new Truth Hardware fold-out handle. This is a premium casement with 3/4 OA glass.

8005 Series Vinyl Sliding Patio Door (3/4" OA glass)

This patio door has a J-channel, 180 Brickmould and an aluminum sill. This door meets a R35 (design pressure 35) which means it will not fail with a wind load of 143 MPH. this product is suitable for multi-family application and single family homes.

9600 Series Telescoping 4-panel Vinyl Sliding Patio Door

The 9000 Series patio door now comes with optional blinds between the glass. To see a larger image of the 9000 Series door click on the image to the left. MGM Industries' warranty on this glass is 10 years.

Blinds between the glass are available in white only and is only available in one size. The size available is one inch (1") smaller on the width than than our standard 6'0 x 6'8 9000 Series door. The callout size is therefore 5'11" x 6'8".

The Rough Opening for Blinds between the glass is:
      71" x 80"

The Tip-to-tip size is 70 1/2 x 79 1/2.

How to understand all the numbers-9xxx

---

•The one's digit tells you the number of panels.
        1 for single panel, 2 for double panel, and 3 for three panel.
•The ten's digit tells the hardware.
        0 for Multipoint, 1 for single bore, and 2 for double bore.
•The hundreds digit tells you weather the door is Inswing or Outswing and if it is a "French stile"
        2 for Inswing and 3 for Outswing; 4 for "French Style" inswing and 5 for "French stile" outswing.
•The Thousands digit tells you the basic series. In this case a "Swing" configuration.
