The Series 7010 is an affordable, new construction double hung window. With built in corner keys and shims, theSeries 6013 PVC Vinyl New Construction Single Hung Windows Series 7010 is engineered to prevent the most common installation mistakes which occur when using double hung windows. Being installer friendly helps insure you'll have many years of trouble free performance.

  • 20 Year vinyl warranty and 10 year glass warranty
  • 3/4" Glass for energy savings
  • 2-3/8" Jamb allows for drywall return
  • Exterior brick mould for wood window sightlines
  • Integral "J" channel for clean installation of vinyl and wood siding
  • Both sashes operate and tilt in for easy cleaning
  • Full width sashes interlock for high wind load resistance
  • Fin-seal weather stripping to stop air infiltration
  • Sloped sill for efficient water run-off
OPTIONAL FEATURES
  • 3/4" Profiled grilles between glass
  • 7/8" and 1-1/4" simulated divided lite grilles
  • Factory applied primed wood jamb extensions
  • Low-e, obscured, bronze and gray tint, tempered glass
  • Full length fiberglass screen (MGM uses Better Vue screens to improve visibility)
