It is amazing what an $800,000 investment can do for exterior color options! This is a culmination of four years of research and four trips to Germany. The new machinery will allow MGM to offer a multitude of colors to the exterior of our products. The coater will apply an automotive grade finish that will provide the highest quality coverage versus spraying coatings on uPVC.

Our research has gotten down to the chemistry of the paint, which is critical to success. After years of learning the chemistry of
paint, we know that there has to be a perfect combination of acrylic and urethane paints to promote adhesion. We are so confident in our painted vinyl windows and doors that we provide a 10 year warranty against industry accepted fading
and peeling of paint.
Our inventory of painted products is growing. Although we will have the ability to offer any color, we are going
to focus on a bronze and our earthtone as the first colors that
we will offer. We have the 6010
series, the 9000
patio door and the 4600 series replacement
in stock in bronze over white and bronze over tan. We plan on building the 8010 series inventory in bronze next. All of our products will ultimately be offered in exterior
colors and we will offer new colors as the market dictates. It is
our intention to stock the profiles so that our lead times will
be the same as our base white. On orders of 200 or more windows
we will consider custom colors.
