2009 Tax Credit for High Efficiency Energy Star Windows

As an incentive for United States citizens to conserve energy as well a way to help stimulate the economy, the United States Congress has inacted the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 which allows for a tax credit for home owners who purchase the highest efficiency energy star windows. It is important to note that not all energy star windows qualify for the tax credit. Only specific high efficiency energy star windows that are able meet specific thermal requirements qualify. MGM currently has four window series that meet or exceed these high efficiency requirements.
