Founded in 1965, MGM Industries has grown into a vertically integrated manufacturer, keeping our finger on the pulse of quality control from PVC powder to extruded frames to cutting to assembly. We keep quality up and cost down.

With over 400,000 square feet in manufacturing facilities and eight lines of extrusion equipment, running 24 hours a day, seven days a week, MGM Industries is a leader in the production of high quality pvc fenestration products for wholesale distributors both large and small.

MGM Industries has a team of supervisors, engineers, tool makers, electricans, customer service personnel, computer I.T. people, outside salespersons and a host of a great bunch of employees to serve your window product needs.

The Gaskins Brothers, the “G” in MGM

Abe Gaskins- The elder brother, his first job at MGM was at the tender age of 14 working on Saturdays, sweeping floors and cleaning toilets. He decided to go to college after Dad’s "opportunity" wore off and graduated from Vanderbilt University in 1980, with a degree in mechanical engineering. Upon graduation, he worked as a field engineer for a natural gas pipeline company and then as a design engineer in the marine industry, before earning his MBA at the University of Tennessee in 1985. That ’s when his dad offered him another opportunity at MGM and he’s been here ever since. As an engineer, Abe oversees MGM’s extrusion operation and is the principle designer for MGM’s windows. He keeps his pulse on future products that will address customer needs and market trends. And when he’s not focused on the future, he’s spending his time putting his private pilot’s license to practice, flying over the Tennessee countryside.

Zeke Gaskins- The middle brother, like Abe worked in the plant as a teenager and began working at MGM as an adult after graduating in accounting from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville, in 1981. Zeke's mantra is “quality, quality, quality”. It’s either good quality or bad quality and he will not tolerate bad quality. (Gives him stomach cramps.) Zeke constantly has his pulse tuned to the daily rhythms of the plant and also oversees accounts payable. He enjoys golfing and has discovered the joys of hiking the national parks during vacations. Ask him about Glacier National Park next time you see him.

Joe Gaskins- The youngest brother, graduated from David Lipscomb University in 1982. Keen observer that he is, he took up team sports during his teenage summers, after observing that Abe was cleaning toilets and Zeke was following suit. His competitive nature positioned him well for his first job as a high school basketball coach and then as head coach at Motlow Junior College, in Tullahoma, Tennessee. He went on to be an assistant coach at Austin Peay University in Clarksville, Tennessee, before deciding to come to MGM and put his concept of team to work as head of the sales department. Today, Joe functions as the Vice President of Sales and is in charge of receivables at the company. He keeps his finger on the pulse of MGM’s customers, building trust and lasting relationships with them. When you don’t find Joe working, you’ll find him on the golf course.

All kidding aside, when all three of the brothers came back to MGM as adults, they all started in a production role. Either running the glass department or a running a window production line. As MGM has grown, each brother has gravitated towards specific functional areas and together form a solid core from which the MGM team has grown and florished.

The Boss

Mary England-(AKA "The Boss" ,AKA Mary E.) Truck Scheduling manager. Second employee of MGM Industries. She taught "The Boyz" everything they needed to know in the window biz. Mary currently manages all truck drivers, schedules the routes and decides whether to ship on our truck or make an LTL decision. Mary has been with the company over 40 years and is a very valued member of the team. Mary's passion, other then MGM, are her children and grand children and great grand children--and BINGO!! Do I hear a B-5, B-5 ... Calling B-5.

The Office

Lisa Dill- Office Manager. I am not the second employee, but am working on 40 years like my "hero" Mary E. I have a wonderful husband of 30 years Michael, son Eric and new daughter in law Natalie. I guess you could say I am the captain of the office ship , although sometimes it does sounds like the party cruise!! I am blessed with a loving family, great employees and the bestest customers ever...

Alicia Logue- Customer Service since May 2000. I am a laid back person with a twisted sense of humor. Happily married to my high school sweetheart, Justin, since 2001. We have one son, Cyrus, that keeps us on our toes. Cyrus has my sense of humor but Justin's shy personality. Our niece, Adrian, spends a lot of time with us. We consider her part of our family. She is planning to attend college in the Fall of 2013. As a family we love riding ATV's, shooting guns, drag racing, hockey and traveling. My favorite personal hobby is baking sweet treats and decorating cakes/cupcakes. :-)

Shirl Baker- Customer service.I came to work in 2002 as an assistance on the 6010 line. Due to medical reasons, I got promoted from the back door of the 6010 line to the front door of customer service (Joe felt sorry for me). I enjoy trying to sing and bringing laughter to people I meet. My husband's name is Randall who enjoys fishing. My 24 year old son,Di'Angelo, enjoys playing the organ, keyboard and drums. I also have a 14 year old daughter, DeEbony,who enjoys playing basketball. I am very blessed and thankful to have such a good job and to work with such good people. Abby Key- Hi! My name is Abby, and I am *not* a Gaskins! (Not sure why, but people are always asking me how my dad, Joe, is doing...but my dad's name is Jim.) I really enjoy my job at MGM. The people that I speak with while I'm here at "work" are more than just customers; they are my friends. I am very fortunate to have a job I enjoy, even though there is so much to learn about this world of window and door manufacturing...who knew that something as seemingly simple as a piece of glass could be so very complex??? I didn't, but I do now! When I am not working, my number one priority and idea of fun is spending time with my kiddos, Katie (21), Kevin (19), and Anna Lucia (7).
When I am not being entertained by them, I love to paint and create pieces of art with items that are repurposed. I love yard sales and flea markets because I'm always looking for something unique that catches my eye to make my next creation with.
My favorite phrase is this: "Choose to be happy," and it is a rule I try my best to live by.

Mary Blankenship-(AKA, Mary B.) Window production scheduling and Traffic manager. Works with Mary E. ("The Boss") to coordinate the daily window production schedule with the truck delivery schedule. Mary also manages all back hauling of the MGM truck fleet.

Sopharina Srey- Assistant Scheduling and Traffic. Sophie has been with the company for four years. Sophie is originally from Cambodia and immigrated to the U.S. after the social tumoil of the 1980's. She is quite a remarkable lady having lived through that era. Sophie is a single parent of two lovely children. Her son, Chrishna, is 16 yrs old and loves to play golf and tennis while her daughter,Christina, is 9 yrs old and loves to play the piano. In my job I am responsible for batching the window and door schedule for the MGM production lines. I like my job and the people with which I work. I am very happy to be a part of MGM experience.

Tonya Littlejohn- Load sheets and Invoicing. Creates load sheets for the shipping department. Invoices trucks. Tonya has been with the company four years. In her off time she enjoys her time off with her husband Jason and their children Madelyn, Jackson, Matthew and Kaylin. They are busy with Softball and Baseball. .

Gracie Bryan - Accounts Receivable. Started working at MGM in August of 2010. She works in the accounts receivable department. While she is off work, she enjoys relaxing at home and spending time with her husband, Justin. Grace and Justin just had their first child, Lyla. She also likes going hiking, cooking, running, and playing tennis.

Ricky and I have 3 grown children, they have blessed us with six beautiful granddaughters. Our daughter Jennifer has three daughters; Aaliyah, Maleena and Jessie. Kimberly has two daughters; Alexis and Abigail. Our son Zachary has one daughter; Kylie. Ricky and I enjoy going on weekend trips together. Our favorite place is at Dale Hollow Lake. We are a member of the BBO which is t boating organaization

David Robinson - Purchasing. David is a the proud parent of a 6 year old Tasmanian devil named Dawson, and husband to a wonderful woman named Sarah. He enjoys all kinds of sports and the heated debates that go along with them. Unfortunately Dave is a huge Cincinnati Bengals fan and every Sunday you can find him gazing at the T.V. praying for a win. (Of course after the game, there's always next week or next season!) You'll find him active on a local ball field on Tuesday and Thursday nights. David is also currently working on his Business Degree from Bethel University here in Nashville, and cannot wait to finish. Last but not least, when not working, studying, playing, or chasing his son around he enjoys heated battles in the online gaming world known as the Play station Network.

Feroz Mohammad - I.T. Department. Feroz is a Java Programmer working on MGM Window Software graduating with a Master of Science degree in Computer Science in Fall 2008. After graduation, I came to work for MGM Industries and its a great learning experience. I enjoy Reading, Computers, Games, Hiking, Rafting, Mountain Biking, Watching Movies, etc.I would like study towards an MBA in the near future.
